Before I comment on how it looks, did you mean for this to be PNG file rather than JPG? Because there is a lack of transparency here which I would have thought you would used at least in the tiniest manner.
Okay just making sure, because my other friend did actually forget. It's a bit off that you would not make use of the transparency as water is would actually become a nice fill as the white masks it nicely.
I have some suggestions if you wish to edit any further. First off, simplicity can speak many words. And here it does very well. However the color selection or palette you have selected come off clichéd (just red [pinkish] and blue [aqua]) and a bit bland. It's not a very striking image (noticeable) image if you ask me. Put this label of a bottle and place it in a store, I'd probably ignore it, it's very, very white. A lot of negative space is unused. That's why I said there should be some transparency should be placed here as cut out shapes of waves or circular patterns. It would offset the white and it be nice to utilize the bottle as it is with the artwork. I mean this is after all for a water bottle. Another reason why I suggested this as a case is because the client mentioned it as a suggestion to go 'crazy' with it. Now you don't have to go crazy with it but when a client mentions a suggestion it is best you use it to increase your chances of winning. Why? It fits there criteria more of how you have listened to their 'specific' requirements and that you actually have an open mind. It's what it shows them. Who doesn't like it when someone listens to their suggestions? In this case I really would like to see you use it. It's not to replace white. It is used to create pattern and offset the balance. If you don't like it, try replacing it for the white on the logo. After all this is digital, so it's not permanent, you can always hit that "Ctrl+Z".
Another change you might want to consider is the two focal points on your composition which comprises of the fish and female on the design. Their scale is a bit large for the bottle and the cropping it provides when wrapped around the bottle doesn't help it. You've demonstrated that by the examples on the side, even though you did not put it as the centric focus for the side view, it is enough for people with spatial awareness to know that it crops off too much. Even though we may perceive more than the 2D scope here as a 3D object, the design is a tad large. You need to either scale down, or create interest within the design for an audience viewpoint to investigate what the design is all about. This again is after all a commercial product. It's purpose is to attract and promote the ART Water name.
And since you have used the ART Water Logo they have provided, it would more aesthetically pleasant if you actually placed it in proportions, the transformation you have provided, don't necessarily increase its visual attractiveness but gives off a 'tampered' feel since we have all seen the logo somewhere before.
I hope some of my thoughts and suggestions help you decide what you need or don't need to change here. I really like the idea of emphasis on shapes and line here and if you feel you want to change it, I offer my suggestions here. Good luck with the competition.
